**Nothing like fresh, pastured eggs**
True! Unfortunately we have too many predators here so must keep them up.
Well it predators happen. I live in suburbia and wish I had some land to have some hens and goats and horses, etc. My egg hook-up lives maybe 12-15 miles but her neighborhood has huge 2-2.5 acre lots and they are allowed to have livestock, not a lot mind you.
I know she’s had to deal with snakes, hawks and possum, but no coyotes or bobcats. They have a very large enclosed area to “free range” so to speak.
