Well, in this evil capitalist country, prisoners, on the average, get better treatment than regular citizens can afford. Surely in the "workers paradise", with the "second best healthcare in the world" (supposedly according to WHO), their healthcare should at least equal that of regular citizens.

Yes. The treatment of prisoners should represent the minimum of the care, and as such it is pretty sh**ty.
