Well I have been to quite a few Latin American Counties and they are incredible with their nature, weather, incredible resorts, food that is great, people that are friendly and appreciate Americans. And so much more.....
No it isn’t. You seem to be very depressed and personally involved in this. I don’t know why. Our country didn’t fall apart when we talked with China. In fact, I love that too as I have been on the Great Wall and I like saving money on things at Walmart. It is a win-win. Cuba will be the same.
Everything you just said is the opposite of reality, sad to say.
Churchill didn’t say to stop and admire the scenery when going through the softest and most enticing parts of hell.
I wish we at least could have waited until Castro was dead.
Both of them, right?
Ok go back to 1940 for Churchill who isn’t even an American by the way. This is just getting silly. You still don’t have to go to Cuba you know that right?
Total commie, and the left loves it
“You still dont have to go to Cuba you know that right?”
What does that have to do with the fact Obama’s diktat is a grave violation of the law, Helms-Burton Act of 1996, the Constitution, and constitutes a major impeachable offense?
Mainly Fidel. He’s the symbol. I don’t want the commies to have a symbolic win here.
Once Fidel is gone, normalizing relations is easier to swallow. Doing it while he lives feels like a betrayal of a lot of a people and a lot of history.
Is that you, Mr. Obama?
And a WalMart! Will you buy quality goods manufactured in Cuba?
Raúl’s a carbon copy of his brother.
And unless the commies are gone, the terrorists aren’t either.
As far as Red China goes, they are major enablers for Islamonazis. It’s sickening how we are trade slaves to that regime.
Sounds oxymoronic.
You can’t even have a sensible debate. No wonder your a loser. Sorry you are losing your JFK loving Cuba. Get over it for gods sake.
He has a right to talk with Cuba and have foreign policy discussions. Good God Reagan did with Russia.
Next liberal tactic: name-calling. Never mind a line of “debate” lacking anything even having a semblance of conservative principles. Oh yeah; and taking the name of God in vain.
Now I know how Neville Chamberlain’s brain worked. If one can call it working. George Santayana never said “get over it” either.
You sound like such a nice little libbie.
False comparison. Reagan did not normalize relations with the USSR.
Raul has nowhere near the symbolic significance of his brother, but I’d be fine with waiting until he’s dead too. But at the very least, let’s wait until Fidel kicks the bucket. If Congress lets this stand, Fidel goes to his grave with the satisfaction of having outlasted American resolve regarding Cuba. And Obama gets the satisfaction of having enabled it. Neither of these a-holes or their admirers should have that satisfaction.
Consider the fact that Kim Jong-un didn’t start out having the “symbolic significance” of either his father or grandfather. Until he showed what he was about.
