” The department said the Supreme Court has made clear that the federal government has broad discretion on immigration enforcement.”
SCOTUS NEVER said that.

Sent From: Who’s My Legislator
Gentlemen,
I see that 24 states have joined a lawsuit challenging President Obamas executive action halting the deportation of illegal immigrants. I also believe that Virginia is not one of those states.
Please tell me if my information is wrong. If Virginia has indeed not joined this lawsuit, please explain why not. Please tell me what course of action you intend to pursue in the upcoming legislative session with regards to this issue. Please explain your position as my delegate/senator on this issue.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

“it authorizes a temporary exercise of prosecutorial discretion on a case-by-case basis for certain individuals who have been in the United States since 2010 and have deep ties to the community.”
5 million case-by-case instances of prosecutorial discretion? Only its really like 30 million cases.
lying bastards

That judge, Beryl Howell, is an odd one. The very definition of “government insider”, she has dealt with and written all sorts of high tech laws. Several troubling aspects as well.
Very odd biography.
