You’re flying off the handle there.
A federal judge has the power to stop any of Obama’s people or contractors from carrying out his orders or directives. Any person that violates a court order is subject to arrest and will be put in jail.
The contractor for the IS Cards/Work Permits is General Dynamics in Kentucky. No way are they going to screw around with violating a federal court order.
A preliminary injunction stops Obama cold for a time. I estimate about a year’s time.
And remember, their side has more lawyers (and judges) than ours ever will.
Even if you can find a black-robed priest who will rule against the regime, the lawyer team will tie it up in appeals for however long it takes to implement the order.
This latest episode with the GOPe funding everything Obola wants was the final proof: he is going to get everything he wants.
You’re dreaming. The central American wave is already on the way. Nothing is being done to stop it. This lawsuit will do nothing. Remember, Boehner is already suing the administration about something, errrm, how’s that working out? I know, super effective.
That raging bull for truth Darrell Issa will get to the bottom of it, and, ummm, stand there.
Thanks for the good news I wondered about this...
By whom, Eric Holder?

But a permanent injunction stops him until there is a “trial on the merits” and ALL appeals are exhausted (years).
I think this is what Abbot seeks.
The real damage here is that future presidents will be sooooo tempted to “do it” in the future because Obama “did it” and got away with “it”.
So, the 3 legs of government are in danger of being sawed off permanently here in this one case. If so, future Presidents can play dictator any ole time they want.
Federal judges have been bought and paid for by this regime. Obama could care less about the Constitution and the GOPe doesn’t have the balls to stop him.
As Old Sarge said. We are DONE.

Not disagreeing with what you’re saying, but do you think the current Department of Justice would ever allow anything like that to happen to Obama?
