The magazine cited a banner year for Texas politics including Gov. Rick Perry's indictment on allegations that he abused his office and the antics of U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert but wrote Wednesday Um, that runner up award should be going to the drunk with power Travis County DA, not Rick Perry.
