I noticed that, too. I occasionally will watch TLC's "reality" shows, and they had a couple of them with dwarfs. "Little People, Big World" and "The Little Couple". What I learned, especially with the Roloffs, was that normal sized people can give birth to a dwarf; and, conversely, dwarfs can give birth to normal sized children. So, castrating dwarves doesn't really solve the problem, if North Korea is seeing the problem as one of procreation.

On LPBW, the little married couple have four children, three are normal sized and only one is a dwarf. On Little Couple, the married couple, both dwarfs, are both from families of normal-sized people.

actually we already did all of that. Back in the early 1900s, the eugenics progressive crowd was castrating anything that moved, including blacks. Doing lobotomies, removing reproductive organs, etc. Its all recorded in history but totally ignored by liberals that planned parenthood’s founder was the leader of this.
