Rush: “I don’t think that things are rosy and perfect in America, but to say that they’re no better, as the mayor of New York said, that’s absurd. We’ve made all kinds of efforts to improve race relations in this country. The 1964 civil rights act, affirmative action, we have bent over backwards,”
Rush is right, as usual.
To me, the biggest problem is gvt giveaways. These handouts are like candy. These handouts are addictive. These handouts do not in any way encourage the recipients to seek a better life and get away from the addiction.
Yes, gov’t giveaways stir up unnecessary “hate” between those who get and those who give.
The ones who get, always look at those of us who give as having EVERYTHING and not having a thing to worry about. They even think we should provide more!
The one who give (us), look at those who get with contempt (yes I’m guilty of it too—big time). We look at them and say, why do we have to work for them? Why can’t they provide for themselves?
It’s a destructive & hateful circle. Yet, that said, I’ll quote these scriptures on why I believe handouts are evil:
2 Thessalonians 3:10-12
1 Thessalonians 4:11-12
Ephesians 4:28
1 Timothy 5:7-8
God says so....enough said.
The most basic problem with handouts is that they have prevented multiple generations of the permanent underclass from even learning how to read, write, or speak “American”...
Without that, they are permanently unemployable.
Eventually it is all gonna catch up to the Dems when neither Blacks nor Hispanics want to take a back seat to one another to be first in line for the freebies.
and if don’t elect who the people who want “giveaways” want, are they going to burn down and riot the whole of America?
