Tiny Estonia is one of the few NATO countries that takes military expenditures seriously.

I would like to see the Baltics get together and establish an air force - as in one fighter squadron. Right now, NATO fighter squadrons take turns patrolling Baltic skies. But do the Baltics really want to depend upon Norwegian or Dutch pilots if things go bad?

I think this headline should read “Estonia” approves purchase. Just a picky point.

spent quite a bit of time in tallinn, estonia.

a small country with people that aren’t liberal freaks. very conservative. the people were friendly and the beer was good. the food was meh... and many of the ladies are tall and thin. they seem to prize intelligence and are business minded (those i dealt with).

and with 25% of their population russian... the threat of a russian invasion is real.

the armor plate cost $100 for the 1,500 that it takes to cover this vehicle...so $150,000 for a fighting vehicle...comes in 5 variants...
