Women have given up on monogamy, which makes them uninteresting to us for any serious relationship or raising a family. That's just the way it is. Even if we take the risk, chances are the kids won't be ours. In France, we even have to pay for the kids a wife has through adulterous affairs. "In school, boys are screwed over time and again. Schools are engineered for women. In the US, they force-feed boys Ritalin like Skittles to shut them up. And while girls are favoured to fulfil quotas, men are slipping into distant second place.
I’m not referring to you, stock pirate, but some men have unreasonable expectations when it comes to dating. At age 50 they’re still interested in 20 year old girls. They wouldn’t think of dating anyone even close to their age.
I have a good friend. He is only attracted to girls 20 to 30 years younger than he is. Of course he has never married. He hasn’t had a date in years either. He has zero interest in spending time with someone his age.
We all have our preferences and also our ‘never, ever’ lists. We’re stuck with them.
Online porn is a burden, not a form of relief. If men are seeking 10s, 9s or 8s (like porn provides) then they will get the attitude that comes with a ‘10’. There are LOTS of real women who don’t come with the attittude.
Furthermore, abondonment of Christianity has lead to meaningless marrriages that end in divorce and adultery. Under a Christian marriage, two people become one unit where it is more important to consider what is best for the Unit rather than the self. A civil marriage without Chrisianity is just an enhanced date between two individuals.
Liberals have driven our nations cultural standards, morals and values into an abysmal quagmire of godless confusion.
Here are the fundamental problems:
1) Shame has gone the way of personal responsibility. There is a lawyer somewhere that will make sure it wasn’t your fault and you are due just compensation or favorable treatment. Our government is all too eager to support this endeavor so that the sheeple can be added to the list of dependents and loyal subjects.
2) Personal honor for self and family is dead. There is nothing left of self respect in much or our nation. Rehab is celebrated as a triumph over some evil disease. What is in a family name? How many young people are afraid to embarrass their family?
3) Family has been redefined. It’s ok for people to be married, divorced, have baby daddies, or no fathers. Abortion is an accepted form of birth control.
4) Respect/Character - Respect is awarded, when there is any at all. It is not earned. On the streets of the inner city, in the halls of Congress, in the home, celbrities, etc. The desire to have one’s character and virtues held up as an example to emulate by the nature of their character has been lost.
5) Religion - Basis of all morals and values and a faith in something greater than yourself has eroded in favor of worship and adherence to government authority.
6) Logic/Truth - Gone.
I knew my first wife from high school. She had a baby while we were married (not mine). Texas would not grant a divorce while she was pregnant. Back then I was told the law stated I was the father simply because I was married to her. As a result she asked for child support. My attorney told me that she would probably get it too. I then counter filed that she was an unfit mother due to her adultery and I wanted custody. Her lawyer told her that it could happen. She dropped all requests for child support and I signed away any rights I had.
I’ve been married to my current (and final) wife for 26 years now. If she passes before me I’ll date but never marry again. Unless Jennifer Anniston or Shania Twain chases me down but I don’t see that happening.
The modern "church" wants to be seen as "relevant" by accepting the current cultural definitions. But the only way Christianity can be "relevant" is to be counter-cultural, and to live by the Word of God, and not the words of men.
I told my 20 year old son. You want a woman, rent one.... It will be cheaper in the long run.
What about STD’s he questioned... Still cheaper than getting married, have a kid, and then she divorces your behind and takes everything you have for the next 18 years...
I have four daughters (18-28) and only one seems to be broken. It was hell keeping them in line and I went almost nuts daily trying to keep the wolves away. I blame them for my baldness and raised blood pressure. But to be fair, most of the guys are “broken” too.

I knew of one or two extremely liberal women that could not figure out that their belief system is a major turn off.
I take offense. Perhaps you are living in the wrong state?
Add to that the fact that many young women are a small step above whores.
They’ll do anything to land a rich man, married or not. They don’t plan on staying with him, but they do plan on getting half of his wealth in the inevitable divorce. These women make a handsome living snagging gullible men, until even the best plastic surgeons can no longer fool the next mark.
We are Babylon.

I think it was Cicero or some other famous Roman from the Republic who advised his son he was better off getting a pretty slave girl than getting married.

It’s as though they’ve no idea that they have only one lifetime...no second chances - their biological clock does not wait for bad decision making.
Everything you say is true for men also. I told my son, if you don’t think about marriage soon all the ‘good ones’ will be snapped up. Fortunately he listened, he married and she’s great.
There’s an epidemic in current generations of me-me-me, it is a selfish lifestyle that just leaves an empty hole - no legacy, nothing to show. IMO - this is from encouraging girls to behave like little princesses when they’re young, then being told that a career is all that is important - after all, the ‘new age’ ideas must be more ‘evolved’ than those ‘horrible’ social norms of the past.
If a guy hasn’t been able to find “the one” by the time they’re 30 they just give up, lose all respect for women and think of them as sex toys. After all, that’s how they’re behaving. The longer we go the less respect there is. I truly believe we’re biologically programmed to fall in love when we’re young, it creates a stronger bond. We should embrace it, yet we discourage it.
I weeded out my initial list by no love of God, tattoos, piercings, and political views.
There is no doubt that in popular culture, politics, academia, and now even religion, business and the military, the “war” is against men, not women.
You do realize that’s why Washington has turned a blind eye toward southern border illegal immigration? We need soldiers and young healthy workers, and we’re not producing enough of our own.
