NEW YORK – Did President Obama just set up Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to be a candidate for impeachment instead of himself if conservatives convince the Republican majorities in the House and the Senate that his “executive actions” on immigration are unconstitutional?
The inquiry begins with the question: Where are the executive orders Obama supposedly signed to permit up to 5 million parents of young illegal aliens to remain in the United States for three years?
The White House appears to have engaged in administrative sleight of hand, changing U.S. immigration law not by executive order but by a memorandum “exercising prosecutorial discretion” Johnson signed the day of Obama’s Nov. 20 nationwide address that so far has not been filed in the Federal Register.
Tom Fitton, president of Washington-based watchdog institution Judicial Watch, told WND in an interview the legal status of Johnson’s memo is a serious constitutional question that deserves to be adjudicated.
“The entire implementing authority involves a memorandum published by DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson that changes the immigration law, directing federal money to be spent that has not been appropriated by Congress,” he said.

Obama will hear about his executive amnesty plan when he see’s a speech by Jeh Johnson.

If the Bas**rd King didn’t sign an executive order it seems that congress would have a much simpler and better case for overturning the amnesty.
Legal action against Jeh Johnson by the Congress, or by the States, would have the White House and it's compliant media, bellow about "racial motivated action" against Johnson.
It would have nothing to do with the Executive Action - which doesn't legally exist right now, since it hasn't been introduced into the Federal Registry.
Witness the White House settting-up one of its own to run interference, who having been placed in the front line catches all the flak ~ ..

Who would have thought that the "Lying King" would be lying about legalizing something that he, self-admittedly, said that he didn't have the power to do ?
Who would have thought to ask Jeh about an Executive action that doesn't really legally exist ? I am beginning to think that instead of the "Lying King", he should be the "Cowardly Lion, who never had a heart".
The article is correct. Obama has not issued any executive orders regarding immigration. He issued the 2011 DACA memo for children, their relatives, their parent’s, community organizers. He increased the scope by including “children” up to thirty one years old in a 2012 memo.

“Exercising prosecutorial discretion” does NOT allow you to ignore the law altogether.

I watched the other hearing with the judiciary committee in which it was revealed that the illegals will be in for a surprise. Obama is lying to them too. Jay Sekulow said he would never recommend to an illegal to take the “deal” because it is temporary and has a lot of loopholes. See this press release from Judiciary.

I think the time has come for all Americans to boycott one Chamber of Commerce member company per week, and to email them telling them exactly WHY you are doing it.
Make them feel the pain on their spreadsheets.
It wouldn't be racially motivated. I believe there is a growing number of white Americans, that just happen to be in the majority, that are tired of the race card. Besides the liberal, white, elite (PhD educators, party bosses, union officials, media types), the average every day guy, just trying to make a living, has heard the boy cry wolf too many times. It is getting to the point that whatever a black person says does not matter. Blacks have lost all credibility, not because they are black, but from lying and falls narratives. And this is unfortunate.
As for Jeh, well he has fallen in the abyss of liberal lies, lack of logic and cogent thought. I don't give a rat's ass about his color, but if he is going along with Obama, then he needs to go down. Republicans (RINOs) that don't get this, are just enablers. They might as well go down too.
