Breaking News: NYC grand jury won't indict cop who used choke-hold on Eric Garner
I haven’t paid much attention to this case, but does anyone know exactly what this guy’s cause of death was?
All that matters is the race of the dead guy, and the race of the “killer”. Welcome to Obama’s America.
Eric Witholder must be freaking out.
Besides which they are not supposed to use chokeholds.
SSDD.... Cop sez stop what yer doing, hands behind yer back and dead AH sez, “Why”.......
Woops dead guy, guess dead guy dit’ent have The Talk
From the article below your question:
“The medical examiner ruled the 43-year-old Garner’s death a homicide caused in part by the chokehold. Garner’s health issues, including obesity, were listed as contributing factors in the autopsy report...
... Previously, relatives said the video and medical examiner’s report should be enough to warrant an indictment. Police union officials and Pantaleo’s lawyer had argued that the officer didn’t use a chokehold but a takedown move taught by the police department, and that Garner’s poor health was the main reason he died.”
Well, let’s see...grand juries. For defending government overlords, there’s the defense defense and the prosecution defense. A socialist, political/regulator class jury results. How many political/regulator folks are capable of considering that? How many of the same morons realize that the treatment is going to come around to them, too? Criminals don’t consider consequences of their actions. Our nation is morally bankrupt.
I am actually unsure about this one too. I have seen the video and I am not sure if this was within the law. However, maybe the prosecutors were going for too high a charge? I don’t know the details.
If an individual is in a choke hold, they are not able to speak simply because they are being choked. It is clear in the video that Mr Garner is 1) resisting arrest and 2) speaking “I cant breath”.
From the video, I see 4 to 5 people (most appear to be officers) on him (he is a big guy at 400+ lbs) and I believe that this is what is contributing to his inability to breath.
Wonder how the lawsuits for the colonoscopies are going?
