MILITARY.COM reported (during the post-Morsi ousting in Egypt), that US Pentagon officials declined to give specifics on conversations between DOD's Chuck Hagel and brilliant tactician Egyptian Gen al-Sisi (now Egypt's president).
(NOTE Gen al Sisi, 58, received a masters degree from the U.S. War College in Carlisle, Pa, in 2006. The General is revered by Egyptians for routing the Muslim Brotherhood which Egyptians consider a terrorist organization.)
Although officials would not discuss the specifics of the military-to-military talks, the US would have needed Gen al-Sisi's approval to move through Egyptian air space if Washington decided to send Marines to aid in the evacuation of U.S. personnel in the post-Morsi chaos.

BACKSTORY---News hound Bob Woodward Definitely Doesn’t Buy Hillary’s Benghazi Denial. Woodward doesn’t believe Hillary's whine that "it's all about politics." The reporter known for making news claims there are still “serious, unanswered questions about this.”
Hillary's book, Hard Choices, stoutly declares that everything there is to know about Benghazi has already been revealed....she is hoping to silence Republicans by charging politics is behind the continuing probe.
Bob Woodward will not be dissuaded. ".....one of the questions I have -- did she keep a diary? Obama confirmed to Woodward that he keeps a diary. Woodward noted. “Ronald Reagan kept a very detailed diary of Iran Contra, and he finally turned it over.”
The veteran Post reporter also knocked Clinton and Obama....... noting Benghazi is not about partisan politics, as they stoutly aver.
“There are facts,” Woodward asserted on Fox News. “There is neutral inquiry. And there is a way to look at this and get that information and see if there is new information.”

Excellent and comprehensive summmary of Trey Gowdy’s off-camera leadership of the Benghazi committee hearings. If there’s ever to be a chance of justice for this administration’s responsibility in the brutal deaths of 4 Americans, Gowdy’s the guy to do it. I’m glad he’s a pitbull and not a glory hog.

It should be remembered that while Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood were in charge in Egypt, Obama and Hillary showered them with praise and provided billions of dollars in aid, arms, tanks and planes.
Egypt has unceremoniously thrown the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egyptian politics.... and hasn’t forgotten the support offered to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Egypt has now charged Obama and Hillary Clinton for conspiring and collaborating with the M/B and advancing their terrorist activities. Hillary's pal, al Haddad, is also sitting in an Egyptian jail (reported by H/T Western Journalism).

The Obama administration has issued new exemptions to a law that bars certain asylum-seekers and refugees who provided “limited material support” to terrorists who are believed to pose no threat from the U.S.
The Department of Homeland Security and the State Department published the new exemptions Wednesday in the Federal Register to narrow a ban in the Immigration and Nationality Act excluding refugees and asylum seekers who had provided limited material support, no matter how minor, to terrorists.
“These exemptions cover five kinds of limited material support that have adversely and unfairly affected refugees and asylum seekers with no tangible connection to terrorism: material support that was insignificant in amount or provided incidentally in the course of everyday social, commercial, family or humanitarian interactions, or under significant pressure,” a DHS official explained to The Daily Caller.

I think he understands that if he leaks findings to the press to satisfy someone's lack of patience, that it will only allow the MSM to build a defense for the democrats...and then we'll never learn the truth.
OTOH, if he does a 'shock and awe' approach, then we'll learn the truth.
There is a possibility, a strong one, that the Libyan CIA mission was to transfer weapons to a Syrian group that (knowingly or unknowingly) became a part of ISIS....If this is the case, I want Trey Gowdy to build the strongest case possible with NO holes for the MSM to exploit.

Bonehead is running guard for the DC establishment on the entire House body as well as Gowdy getting to the truth on the Benghazi massacre. Gowdy will have to resign from the Congress if he is to ever report the truth.
