So do they have the Malysian one equipped, repainted, and can take hostage a plane that is scheduled to come to a place in America, and substitute that plane?

I'll attempt to answer your questions.
Yes, Iran is/has been attacking ISIS, ever since it made those gains in Iraq/Syria.
Why? Simple. Iran is largely Shiite, and those in control of the country are Shiite religious leaders. They view ISIS as Sunni heretics, and ISIS views *them* as Shiite heretics (remember that ISIS murdered Shiites in areas where they took effective control.) No love lost at all there. There is also an even more dangerous (to the world at large) 'game' being played out here. That 'game' is which of the two major branches of Islam will construct the 'Caliphate', Shia, or Sunni.
*This* is the real rationale behind the Iranian nuclear arms program, an attempt to strongarm the Sunnis into a Shia led Caliphate. ISIS is attempting to steal a march on Iran by assembling a Caliphate as fait accompli *before* the Iranians have their 'blackmail bomb'. So, in order to protect and further their own designs on the Islamic world, Iran invited itself to the party.
The Iranians have an air force, which it is using at this point to forestall ISIS' intentions...

A suicide plane crash is hard to stop. Even with modern technology, a hostile hijacked plane is a needle in a haystack, if not worse.
The dirty bomb thing is vastly underrated. An actual nuclear bomb is both more destructive and generates more radioactivity, because the vast energy of the nuke, instead of dispersing and making very weak radioactivity, the energy of a nuclear weapon turns non-radioactive materials radioactive, in the case of fallout.
