We have to root them out in the primaries.

You don't get to make those rules for other people.

I will fight liberal republicans in the general election, too.

Time to get on the phones and light a fire under their a$$e$. As a concerned conservative voter, you need to mention little things like the next primary, donations, constitutional issues, and generally raise the awareness of your representative to NOT let Boehner pass on this. Be civil, be firm, be assertive.

DO IT!

(Gee, I sound like that Dr. Gene Scott fellow selling religion back in the 80's).

This would result in the loss of 150+ House, and 20+ Senate seats in 2016 for the GOP.

That is CERTAIN and I will do my part to ensure such an outcome.

From there it will be all downhill.

Go ahead Boner, we call your bluff.

We double-dog dare you.

” Yup. There are a few of us that were 100% dead nuts correct as to what would happen if ‘conservatives’ re-elected Jonbon and Mitch.

We are ALSO correct about where the loyalties of their vocal sycophants of the ‘lesser evil’ persuasion. they are every bit the liberal traitors that their heroes are. People should, by now, notice a direct correlation between FR’s liberal wing and the increasing domination of liberal Republicans in the ‘political right’.

I mean it’s hard to deny the obvious. Every time the liberals in DC want something, a certain readership on FR posts loudly and often about ‘keeping powder dry’, ‘lesser evil’ and what offenses to God and all his angels that ‘purists’ are.

They demanded Romney. They demanded Jonbon and Mitch. They demanded Perry. They demanded EVERY liberal republican that the GOP ran and did all in their power to thwart third party talk and even condemned people that advocated sticking to principles.

They got what they wanted folks. Remember their names. You’ll see them do more of the same in the future. Here and elsewhere.”

Suitable for framing!

I’ve said for four years that if a third party was started and a majority of the house republicans switched, Boner and the rest of the rinos would ban with the democrats and create a “modern” majority and elect Pelosi speaker.

I’m with you, Norm. Just because the republican party won the last election that does not mean conservatives won. Conservatives are out numbered in this country by about 80 to 1.

And it’s even worse in the congress. There are about 40 true conservatives in the house and only about 3 in the senate. That’s 43 out of 535. That’s 8%. They can’t accomplish much.

As for the 20% of the voters, we could accomplish something if we stick together and stop voting for rinos.

In case anyone missed this very cogent take on why the GOP behaves as it does.

We should be watching what they do and not giving people credit for ‘talking tough’.

I am disappointed to hear he waited, he must not really be as anti ILLEGAL ALIEN as he says he is.

I will not vote for a RINO.

Less than a month ago we gave the GOPe, which ran on nothing, a congressional majority not seen in eighty years.

Congress has the power of impeachment, the purse and a gale force wind of support behind their duty to stop Obama, yet the pubbies will roll on their backs, in the hope Obama rubs their bellies like the good dogs they are.

It is delusional to think congress cares what the people think.

You said,

“Less than a month ago WE gave the GOPe, which ran on nothing, a congressional majority not seen in eighty years.”

Really?

Somehow I seem to remember lots of folks who celebrated their “purity” by promising to NOT vote for GOPe-endorsed candidates in that election.

And doesn’t that mean that “WE” cannot honestly claim credit for the landslide?

And, sadly, doesn’t THAT mean that there are not enough of us for our threats to be taken seriously?

Shouldn’t we threaten less? And teach more?

Admittedly, there’s no easy answer here. But one thing’s for certain... Voting in RINOs every election cycle simply isn’t doing a damn thing to restore our Constitutional Republic.

She doesn’t need them. Nancy is surely lacking in the brains department, but she has larger cojones than Boehner could ever dream of having!

We need to get enough members to help throw overboard that weeping lush out of the Speaker’s chair and replace him with someone who has a backbone.

Boehner is not fit to be Speaker of the House if he does this deal.

IMO p for considering it there should be a new vote in the conservative caucus to determine a leader.
