Pope Francis traveled on his first trip to Turkey over the weekend attempting to reach out to the Muslim community, warning that the Islamic State is a major threat to Christians in the Middle East and calling on moderate Muslims to join in constructive dialogue and solidarity with the rest of the world.
Instead, Turkish President Recept Tayyp Erdogan, who had a message of his own for the Pope, greeted him at his $600 million palace and blamed the rise of ISIS and the recent violence in Syria and Iraq, including beheadings, enslavements, and the wholesale ethnic cleansing of the regions Yazidis and Christians, on the rise of Islamophobia, in the West.

islamophobia ?
ROFL
well... it appears to have worked for the sodomites! so why not try it!
1. Get to Erbil. There are few airlines that go to Erbil, website will be provided at the end of this post. There is also another airport in Sulaimani. You can buy the visa at these airports.
2. Bring your basic traveling gear and some money for taxi, hotel etc till you are joined up then you will be looked after, $5000 should be enough till you are set up.
3. Don't mention anything to turks about your intentions if you have a stop over in Turkey, best flight route would be directly from EU to Erbil, Kuwait or Jordan.
4. You will be joining as a volunteer which means you probably will not be receiving income from Peshmerga department, thou things could change down the track.
5. Do not share your plans with anyone till you get to Erbil once you get there you can ask police at a station or Asaish (security elements) they will take care of the rest and set you up at a location and most likely you will be joined with other western volunteers. Weapon must be purchased prior to this.
6. It would help if you have some former basic military training or experience.
7. Make sure you only go to Erbil or Sulaimani because the road between Erbil and baghdad no longer exists, and you will only be safe in Kurdistan NOT iraq.
8. Bringing your weapon is not allowed, you can buy your own weapons from a weapon shop/Bazaar which has to be completed prior to going to police station. You can bring own uniform, boots, night goggles and basic military gears...
9. AK47 is $700-$2000 while an M16/M4 is $3000-$4000 but on exit you can sell easily and get your money back.
10. You will be joining as a volunteer thus you can leave anytime you wish.
11. Kurdistan has a 1050km border stretch with the ISIS here are some of the front lines: Gwer, Alqush, Tel Kef, Daquq, Jalawla, Mala Abdula, Zumar, Qere Tepe, Shingal...
Best wishes

Turkey should be kicked out of NATO. They are NOT our ally!
Is a bear Catholic?
Does The Pope poop in the woods?
It’s your fault if the killer bear attacks and kills you because you were afraid of the bear. You have bearophobia.
I little mass murder never hurt anyone.
Mohammedans excuse their violent stupidity with accusations of "islamophobia".
Blacks excuse their violent stupidity with accusations of "racism".
Feminists excuse their violent stupidity with accusations of "sexism".
Queers excuse their violent stupidity with accusations of "homophobia".
Communists excuse their violent stupidity with accusations of "exploitation".
It's all bogus ... these people are violent because they have given themselves over to evil.
Right?
If they are truthful, they will answer “No”, thus making any dialog meaningless.
>ISIS to blame for Islamophobia.<
.
Islam and its 7th century barbaric behavior is to blame for any aversion against it.
ISIS is but a recent aberration of an already malevolent ‘religion’.
Yes...a “religion of peace”. So chopping of the heads of children is peaceful? Such murder is peaceful? Calling GW Bush for a definition check.
“”on the rise of Islamophobia, in the West.””
Before 9/11/01, how many minutes out of our lives did we spend thinking about these barbarians? NADA! They somehow got the misbegotten impression that we spent a lot of time hating them when in truth, we never gave them a thought. Guess they decided they couldn’t stand the lack of attention and decided to make us pay for ignoring them.
Erdogan stumbles again, blames the world’s children for haunted houses.
To #16: Disagree. The fact that the US is usually the first major disaster relief force on the scene in Turkey is a positive for us.
Those whose lives we save, those we feed and shelter, and comfort, know that it is the United States of America who cares for them (the Turkish Govt has limited resources and their rescue people should not be disparaged. It is their leaders who are batshit crazy).
One of the greatest American victories in So. Vietnam came in the form of American medics, AMA volunteer doctors, and health supplies from the American people because they benefited the SVN people without asking for anything in return.
I spent an evening in Bac Lieu, with a Dr. Smilkstein, an AMA volunteer for 6 months in Nam. He was one of our greatest representatives of America, as were the hundreds of other AMA/health group volunteers who served there, usually unheralded by the leftist newsmedia, but much appreciated by those they helped.
The Communists could never match this program and were forced to kill foreign doctors and nurses, esp. those captured in and around Hue City during Tet.
My friend, Mike Benge (USAID) was captured during TET while getting his workers to safety when the NVA attacked in the Central Highlands. He spent a year in Tiger Cages and as a prisoner in Cambodia and on the Ho Chi Minh Trail before arriving in Hanoi.
Two foreign doctors/nurses and several other American civilian POWS/Military POWS, were allowed to die on the HCMT because the VC/NVA refused to give them proper medical and nutritional care.
Mike’s mission, after coming home in the Spring, 1973, has been to remind the American people of what these great people did and the sacrifices they made to aid a people they had never met before.
Whenever an American aid/rescue task force arrives on the scene (remember the Tsunami that hit Indonesa? We put a carrier task force there that helped save thousands of lives), the victims of a catastrophe know that the good guys in white hats have arrived, and that they are in good hands. The Indonesians will never forget what we did.
Let our best and most skilled aid the people of Turkey when necessary. One day Erdogan and his Islamists will be gone but the memories of the life-saving Americans will be preserved in stories for generations.
Thanks AdmSmith.
Very satisfying..
He looks kinda disturbed while listening to the pope.
There is simply no excuse for beheadings. We need to wipe out those that think this is OK. It isn’t genocide when it is defense.
