The mayor said if they voted early, to go vote again. That will not happen. When a voter votes early, beside the name is marked “Voted”. The voter will not be able to vote again the next day nor on election day as on election day the judge uses the list that has “Voted” by the names of those who have already early voted. The voter is not allowed to vote again.
