You kind of hit on something here.
He should go into “consulting” or advising other departments across the country (bare knuckle, no PC crap, straight up advise racism be damned) and consulting other police unions. The knowledge he has right now of the inter workings of the thugs and their support staff could be invaluable to another (smaller) department or large city with internal PC problems.
