The riot in Ferguson reminds me, I hate criminals, but I hate liberals more. They planned this riot. They stoked the fire, lied about the evidence and produced a made-to-order riot.

White Democratic Senators (which is the majority of them) are having problems with the Executive Orders realizing that a Republican President could become a Dictator over them after Obama.

I’ve been pretty active in trying to point it out to blacks over this Ferguson thing.

The white agitators with the Guy Fawkes masks don’t intend to go to jail or burn their neighborhoods down but they’ll happily encourage blacks to do it.

Its what Saul Alinsky was all about. Its what Bill Ayers did. Charles Manson openly talked about starting a race war that would end with him on top.

They are trying desperately to create Democrat voters because they know the census went against them. This is why they are encouraging Illegal Aliens to come across our Open Borders. Their hopes are that they will immediately start voting Democrat.

Notice the Democrats said nothing when La Raza posted areas where voting (by Illegal Aliens) was not checked. They are desperate and the burning of Ferguson again shows it.

Liberals seem not to understand that they don’t have a divine right to ruin someone’s life and bankrupt him with a criminal trial, just so they’re satisfied . . . TV hosts narrated the riot by saying it showed “the community” feels it’s not being listened to. Only liberals look at blacks looting and say, See what white Americans made them do?

Keep things roiling along. The Obama-Holder demagogues, the Sharpton race-grievance industry, and many MSM employees surely can be sued by people harmed by the violence. I am no lawyer as you will soon discern; but..

Traditional principles of vicarious liability include

• aiding and abetting and
• civil conspiracy.

Though associated with criminal law, these theories can be used to attribute fault to persons not directly related to an act that harmed a victim.

It must be proved that the others 'provided substantial assistance or encouragement' to those who did harm the victim.

In the SPLC suit against Tom Metzger and WAR the skinheads were not members of Metzger's WAR. But Metzger's rantings had influence over the mindless skinheads due to his reputation in the white supremacy movement

• the argument for liability becomes strong because
• the one with the influence knows that the actor will probably act on his advice.

Tom Metzger recruited 16-year-old Mazzella and schooled him in the world of racist violence. Mazzella was sent to Portland to join up with and train the East Side White Pride [skinheads]. Members of that group later brutally murdered an innocent black man.

How is that any different that being "recruited" in college or by progressive ideologues?

The aiding and abetting theory fits because

• it depicts two or more independent actors,
• at least one of whom encouraged the other(s) to act.

Lawyers can invoke the aiding and abetting theory with relative ease. Invoking the aiding and abetting assumes two independent actors.

To prove an aiding and abetting claim

• the defendant must have provided the actor with substantial assistance or encouragement
• expecting that the actor will commit violence;
• the encouragement must have been largely responsible for causing the violent conduct;
• the crime must also have been a foreseeable result of the assistance.

(Only liberals look at blacks looting and say, See what white Americans made them do? "Go do it it's what you are forced to do.")

Civil conspiracy was also used and proved against the Metzgers because he had contacted the East Side White Pride skinheads and after the murder and their arrest one skinhead called Metzger from jail. Here civil conspiracy might be proved by any contacts between the criminals and Sharpton, Holder, Obama, et al.

Obviously I am not a lawyer and this is a kind of an outline of information available on the Internet. Why can't it be used against the "progressives" and racists of all colors?
