Sharpton: Grand Jury Decision Proves Federal Government 'Needs to Step In'

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

Speaking at a press conference in St. Louis along with attorneys for Michael Brown’s family, Rev. Al Sharpton said the decision handed down by the grand jury not to indict officer Darren Wilson proves that the federal government should have handled the case “from day one.”

“Three days after Michael Brown Jr. was killed, we had a major rally in this very church,” Sharpton began his remarks. “We said that night, with his parents present, that we had little to no faith in the grand jury by the local district attorney. We said that night that we wanted the federal government to come in.”

“Last night, the appearance by the district attorney made it clear to everyone why we had little faith in a state prosecution.”(continued)

Unfortunately a walking, talking bobble-head that gets people killed, kind of like Chuckie.

These protests are not spontaneous. They are organized using the methodology used by community organizers. The question is - who is doing the organizing, the NAACP,DOJ or ??

I remember well the demonstrations on college campuses during the Vietnam war. They happened on the same days at the participating colleges across the country. They were organized and funded by people with ties to the communists.

someone correct me if I’m wrong, but, there is no role for the federal government to play here.

Sharpton doesn’t understand the law. There is no way the feds could be involved from day one, because an officer involved shooting is handled at the local level. And if there are any criminal charges involved, then those charges are handled at the local level.

Can Sharpton tell us what federal law was allegedly violated, which would have gotten the feds involved from day one????

One of these days, the REV. Al and the REV. Jackson will stand before Jesus (as will we all). G_d have mercy on their souls. The price they will pay will be far greater then the money and notoriety they are now receiving.

Sharpton has been anointed by the MSM as a spokesman for black America.

Why he was so anointed, I have no idea. He and Jesse Jackson are key spokesmen.

What did Sharpton ever do to earn such anointing? I know Jackson worked with Martin Luther King, and that is his calling card to have been anointed as a black leader. But I have no idea why Sharpton was ever given such deference as a black leader.

Sharpton doesn’t give one hoot about law, but you know that.

Neither does 0bama or Holder. They are creating chaos, which was the plan for them all along. They’re evil power mongers.

Keep things roiling along. The Obama-Holder demagogues, the Sharpton race-grievance industry, and many MSM employees surely can be sued by people harmed by the violence. I am no lawyer as you will soon discern; but..

Traditional principles of vicarious liability include

Though associated with criminal law, these theories can be used to attribute fault to persons not directly related to an act that harmed a victim.

It must be proved that the others 'provided substantial assistance or encouragement' to those who did harm the victim.

In the SPLC suit against Tom Metzger and WAR the skinheads were not members of Metzger's WAR. But Metzger's rantings had influence over the mindless skinheads due to his reputation in the white supremacy movement

Tom Metzger recruited 16-year-old Mazzella and schooled him in the world of racist violence. Mazzella was sent to Portland to join up with and train the East Side White Pride [skinheads]. Members of that group later brutally murdered an innocent black man.

How is that any different that being "recruited" in college or by progressive ideologues?

The aiding and abetting theory fits because

Lawyers can invoke the aiding and abetting theory with relative ease. Invoking the aiding and abetting assumes two independent actors.

To prove an aiding and abetting claim

Civil conspiracy was also used and proved against the Metzgers because he had contacted the East Side White Pride skinheads and after the murder and their arrest one skinhead called Metzger from jail. Here civil conspiracy might be proved by any contacts between the criminals and Sharpton, Holder, Obama, et al.

Obviously I am not a lawyer and this is a kind of an outline of information available on the Internet. Why can't it be used against the "progressives" and racists of all colors?

They’ll go the way we all do, with all of our various sins.

The important thing is that their day is already over, and things are changing. I don’t believe that ‘race-baiters’ like these have much future; the people are waking up.

In a sane world Sharpton wouldn’t even be given the time of day.

In a sane world, he would be prosecuted under RICO by the people of Ferguson for destroying their city.
