Not only did he bring the kill rate down, he also got a lot of homeless blacks off the streets and off drugs and booze. I remember a few stories they would do a “before and after” show the guy in the street and now cleaned up working a job. And those two pieces of rat slime Tim Robbins, and Susan Sarandon - who by the way named her first male born child after killer Jack Henry Abbott - would organize protests against him seemingly every week. Liberals hate it when Republicans get results.

Guiliani saved lives because he was a realist... a liberal elite would have let the black slaughter continue because liberal elites are more concerned with how THEY look... than with anything else. Hats off to Guiliani - Hats off to the brave men and women of the Ferguson Grand Jury.
