The Associated Press is not known as being normally critical of Barack Obama therefore it was quite surprising that their fact check found the President's speech last Thursday taking unilateral action to halt deportations of illegals to be chock full of Gruber. Here is a list of the Gruberisms the AP found in Obama's speech:
OBAMA: "It does not grant citizenship, or the right to stay here permanently, or offer the same benefits that citizens receive - only Congress can do that. All we're saying is we're not going to deport you."
THE FACTS: He's saying, and doing, more than that. The changes also will make those covered eligible for work permits, allowing them to be employed in the country legally and compete with citizens and legal residents for better-paying jobs.

Good point. The dems probably have this all planned out, including which federal district court the case will be brought in and when. They might even have their nominal plaintiff picked out, before they even get their work permit.
it seems like the media has been reporting the news occasionally on Obama lately. CNN, has had several stories about Gruber.
I wonder if a few of them are getting tired of him.

More likely they understand that in order to be effective they must maintain some shred of credibility. This way they can say 'see here, we covered that'.
Besides, history has shown that the public needs to be worked for months to provoke it to outrage - it took 9 months of daily media pounding for enough people to be critical of Nixon.
The media will never, ever bring that kind of pressure to bear on their prince.
So, 0bama says that ignoring the law and not deporting illegal aliens is "the real amnesty."
0bama's solution is to give official presidential sanction to "leaving this broken system the way it is" by issuing an Executive Order to ignore the law and not deport illegal aliens and that is not amnesty.
