....Legal immigrants — remember hearing about them? You might know one, or even be one. They work hard, often in tough, low-paying jobs. They support their families. They worship at our churches. Many of their kids are American-born or spent most of their lives here, and their hopes, dreams, and patriotism are just like ours.
Tonight, though, following President Obama’s announcement of executive amnesty, many of them are feeling ripped off.

The instinct for survival is strong in the perfumed, blow dried poltroons that infest the Senate. The prospect of another quantum loss in 2016 just might put the fear into 'em.

I think they have a very valid complaint. Every single legal immigrant is getting royally bent over by obama. Guess that really makes them citizens now, the rest of the country has been getting the same treatment for years. Welcome aboard.

This hit me last night.
Legal immigrants have grounds to sue the Feds for fraud. They were required to pay all types of fees to earn their citizenship, only to have these lawbreakers get it handed to them.

Good luck with them “legal fees”, you ain’t getting them back anymore than I will be getting my taxes and SSI & Medicare payments back. Turns out all that was just juice paid in to the Ruling Class.
As I watch the Kabuki Theater that is Washington DC, I am more and more understanding of my Great Grandfather and the folks of his generation.
Oh I think that needs addressing as well. But there's so much talk about GOP-e sitting on their hands and it seems not so much about the Democrats falling on their swords for Obama. How much of their party are they willing to sacrifice for him?
If Barry were just destroying their party, I could care less, but he’s destroying the Country. The way I see it any Democrats that were the old-style blue-dog type, are long gone and it’s all party loyalty for them.
In my own family there is great example of a smart person who marches to the Obama drum and will go following him right over the cliff, except she hasn’t figured out that Barry will step out of the way and she and the Obots that aren’t part of the Elite, will go over the cliff. Before when I would say what Barry was going to do re: Illegal Immigration, the response was, “you read that/heard that on some RIGHT-WING website” and she said that she didn’t agree with him on illegal immigration. Last night, she channeled Hillary with the arms/hands (what difference does it make?) and said, “they are already here and this is the same as Reagan and Bush”. It’s always the White House talking points/MSNBC/Progressive Radio. As soon as the WH arms of the MSM utter the talking points, they fly out of her mouth. This, is what we are dealing with. A worship of the man, almost a Jonestown worship. Some of the cheapest, least generous people I personally know, are Democrats.
They have standing. I think we all do. Esp. taxpayers

Following the rules is for the middle class.
Considering that Obama is citing as his legal authority a law that was passed 62 years ago, I'd say you're still within the class who should have standing to sue on this issue.
I know legal immigrants who feel the same way, that the $2,500 application fee, alone, should be refunded. Most spend well over $10,000 to get here.
I’ll be in on a class action suit if there is one.
