The world still isn't close to preventing a dangerous level of man-made warming, a new United Nations report says.

The world isn't even close to stopping nature from doing what it has always done, change.

That's it in a nutshell.

To me expecting the temperatures to stay the same century after century is unrealistic. We have history to show that,
A little global warming, 1-2 deg would seem preferable to a cooling of 1-2 deg.

Whatever happens, there will be adjustments to be made. Climate change doesn't come on horseback so sensible people will have time to adjust one way or the other. -tom
