What are they going to do when the “prove their residency by offering up forged papers? Since the people who rush through applications for residency and citizenship ignore little things like criminal records why should we believe it will be any different when they put this into force?

Gutierrez said they won’t be able to sign up for welfare, food stamps and other federal benefits. I'll believe that when flocks of flying pigs blot out the noonday sun.
Non-citizens are also not supposed to vote...yet many thousands (at least) voted because they registered to vote under the motor-voter law.
And, of course, none of these people will (continue to) commit fraud...again, cut to the scene of the flocks of flying pigs if you believe that.
