Boy I work with some of the most sad cases and I do agree. there are people that need to be sterilized because people who have no ability to judge or care for other humans are having babies. There is no restraint. Think mentally retarded and severely mentally ill.

Also do we really need a plethora of sociopaths? Our prisons are filled with low IQ sociopaths. Sociopathy has in some studies, a 50% genetic inheritance possibility. Why make more prisoners?
