They have no control over their sexual urges. Women must be segregated and invisible for them to feel numb.
How come men don’t have that problem in the West?
There doesn’t seem to be any tradition of self discipline in muslim societies, they actually need to be kept in line by threats. I suspect that Saddam was custom made for the job.
There’s another solution, I think, not that they’d even consider it.

They’re all like Vulcans who go sex-crazy every seven (?) years, but for Arab guys, well Hell, they’re so sex-crazed they have to chew saltpeter gum when they’re awake and not even look at women in public or they’ll jump their leg and start humping, and it really scares the younger women.
