Emperor Zero DOES have all power. The Race Card is the card that trumps all. He can do anything he wants. He can shut down power plants, tell the US military to round up American dissidents, even go house-to-house and collect guns. This FedGov beast is all-powerful and Zero is astride it.
Just wait till he gets really desperate. Don’t think we’ve seen anything yet. I think he has many many loyalists in the military, and I guarantee you if ordered most would fire on American civilians. At the threat of your families lives and everything you have, with the reasonable assumption that the person doing the threatening has the power and means to follow through most people will do anything.
