"I apologize for the terms I used," Gruber said to host Emily Rooney. "I expressed myself very poorly." Also during the appearance, Gruber said the Supreme Court was more of a threat to the law itself than the soon-to-be Republican-controlled Congress.
"The much bigger threat is the Supreme Court case," Gruber said. "The Supreme Court case does attack a fundamental pillar of the law . It says that the plaintiffs claim, through a misreading of the law, that states that dont run their own exchanges shouldnt deliver subsidies to people, which is patently at odds with what the law is trying to do."
But Gruber attacked Republicans as well by accusing them of trying to confuse people.

The irony and hypocrisy seems to be lost on this a-hole. And I thought MIT would have better staff than this.
Is being a pathological liar a prerequisite for being able to be a democrat?
Charge him with fraud
This is kinda funny. He’s saying we convoluted the wording on purpose, but then when someone interprets it quite literally, he says they are getting it wrong.
Looks like they were too smart by half.
4 Grubergate videos so far make Nixon’s little missing tape minutes look like a sneeze in preschool.
First You Tube link to Gruber bragging about lying to stupid American Voters about ObozoCare.

Second Grubergate Video link to Gruber bragging about how stupid American voters are/were to pass ObozoCare.

Remember zero Republicans in Congress voted for ObozoCare. Every stupid rat in Congress voted for it without reading the bill or caring what was in it.
Except the subsidy dialogue is attached specifically to the section on State Exchanges.
Now he's trying to argue the opposite?

PAT AND STU INTERVIEW THE MAN WHO EXPOSED GRUBER
This is a great interview with Pat and Stu as they interview Richard Weinstein, the man who is responsible for bringing us the latest Gruber videos. He explains what sparked his interest in Gruber and how he was ignored by everyone (even by Glenn Beck and crew) when he was trying to draw attention a Gruber video earlier this year.

“that states that don’t run their own exchanges shouldn’t deliver subsidies to people”P>
The obfuscation and lies continue, that’s not want the suit is about.
Gruber isn’t learning, even after plastering himself with the “stupid” label.
My advice is drop the Alinsky tactics—they’re stupid in the same way you are.
Sue him for the hundreds of thousands of dollars he defrauded us out of.
Sorry, I am too stupid to make a sense of this one, Mr. Goober.
“misreading of the law”
IOW reading what the poorly written law actually says.
Conservatives were never confused about Obamacare. We saw it for exactly what it is: The further foisting of Marxism on America.
The only people who have been at all confused about any of this are your stupid people, Gruber. Explain yourself to them.
Yes
I might ad that not only irony and hyprocisy, but also lying.
So now their new sound bites will be “ the Republicans tried to confuse the people on Obolacare “ ....
