Wow, how stoned were the Russians when they laid out the color scheme on those buildings?
Russia has been building a road and rail system to open up its East Coast since the mid-2000’s. The 1,200 mile road/rail project to connect this town with the rest of the Russian Road network started in 2012.
It’s a huge, ambitious project that, if completed, will run all the way from the Trans-Siberian, to the Bering Straight.
