So, Obamacare used Romneycare passed in one of the bluest state in the Union. Why in the world does it automatically mean that Romneycare is a conservative idea? The fact that Obamacare got zero Republican vote in Congress is all that matters to make it a Democrat partisan one-size-fits-all monstrosity of a bill. The only Republican who can be tied to it is Romney. Who cares?
Hell those dumb monkey’s in the White House can not even plagiarize Romney’s mistakes; they should have gotten the proficient and experienced plagiarizer Joe Biden to copy it.
No wonder the chief monkey will not authorize the release of his school records, his marks are exactly the same as who ever sat next to him.
It helps explain why so many bible believing Christians refused to vote for the man.
Couple of obvious differences:
Mass. is a state.
The law was debated and voted on by both parties and was actually known what was in it.
Romney opened the door to both Obamacare and fag-marriage, helping ‘transform’ America into the current sewer it has become.
May both Obama and Romney rot in hell.
RomneyCare was appriately based on 10th Amendment-protected state power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate healthcare purposes.
Federal Democrats and RINOs, on the other hand, wrongly ignored that the Constitutions Article V requires Congress to propose appropriate amendments to the Constitution to the Constitution to the states before establishing things like Obamacare Democratcare. And if the states had chosen to ratify the Democrats healthcare amendment then Congress would have had the constitutional authority that it needed to establish Democratcare and the Democrats would be heroes.
However, note that one member of Congress, who evidently took his oath to protect and defend the Constitution seriously, had introduced a resolution to propose an intrastate healthcare amendment to the Constitution to the states in compliance with the Constitutions Article V. What is really troubling is that he had actually repeatedly introducted the proposal long before (and after) former Speaker Pelosi and the Domocrats irresponsibly rammed Democratcare through the HoR, the proposal repeatedly ignored.
"Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States regarding the right of citizens of the United States to health care of equal high quality." H. J. Res. 30.
Yea it older, but I still the fragrant bouquet of vindication. It smells like...
Vindication.

He should never been on the ballot last time and no way again in 16!!
“We have no idea what affordable means right now,” said Jonathan Gruber, an MIT economist who advised the governor and the House of Representatives on health reform. ‘’This is a great piece of legislation. I don’t want that to get lost. But it does leave some things uncertain.”
Wait, what...
Who’s this Gruber guy?
He clearly wasn’t directly involved... the good senator told us so...
