Isn’t this the district where the economy has been hurt so much by EPA water access restrictions (endangered species or some such)? If so, then Hannity went out there a few years back and did a big story on the situation.

He was one of 5 democrat holdouts over Obamacare. His price was federal money for a white elephant bullet train to nowhere. Could have asked for some easing of ESA water restrictions. That would have cemented ag support. But NO POOL.
