Judicial Watch announced today that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) admitted to the court that it failed to search any of the IRS standard computer systems for the “missing” emails of Lois Lerner and other IRS officials.
The admission appears in an IRS legal brief opposing the Judicial Watch request that a federal court judge allow discovery into how “lost and/or destroyed” IRS records relating to the targeting of conservative groups may be retrieved.

I would agree.
There are people that want Obama impeached but I’d let him muddle along and not make him a martyr.
Instead go after the mid level flunkies in the IRS, EPA, DOJ, DOE and HHS as well as the State Department DOJ.
Make it clear that government jobs are not to be used to further the political agenda of a particular party, that agencies do not make laws and that laws are not be enforced as a means of political ideology. Lois (Slow) Learner should go to jail - for a long, long time.
Use the scandals as the excuse (As if one were needed) to reform the scope, reduce the reach and clarify the lack of legislative power of the various agencies; de-fund, consolidate and abolish should be the battle cry at this point.
An example; abolish the department of Homeland Security and the NSA. Assuming that some of the things those two do are worthwhile there is no task they do that could not be done as well or better by the FBI or CIA.
Nope theres no sense in allowing him to be the martyr many think he secretly wants to be. Desiring Martyrdom would fit his profile. and fulfill his destiny as a misunderstood bitter puke who TRIED to ..do whatever hes been trying to do...
Outside of the Military ... see no reason for the US Government to be the nations largest employer.
The ultimate battle will be against the Neo-Nazi bureaucratic snakes who have infiltrated our government.

I have been saying the same thing, impeachment is absolutely stupid unless his crimes are major and very clear. Otherwise, dribble this out drip by drip and connect it to the Democratic party whenever possible and clean up in 2016...
In my legal career I had more than one occaison to be involved in litigation with the US Gov’t, mainly with Health and Human Services. When my clients sued, or were sued, by HHS it was always in the name of the head of HHS. Well, they were very lax on providing access to documents that the court required. Finally, I had to threaten to intrude upon the personal time of the head of HHS in the form of a contempt of court motion which would require them to personally appear in court before I could get access to documents that we were legally entitled to get.
Start with Obstruction of Justice
and conclude with lying (or perjury , if sworn testimony).
