On MSNBC Tuesday, Gruber told Ronan Farrow that he “spoke inappropriately” when he made the comments, which surfaced this week in an online video.

“The comments in the video were made at an academic conference,” Gruber said. “I was speaking off the cuff and I basically spoke inappropriately and I regret having made those comments.”

11. What is the name of the federal or state official or officials who approved MIT professor gruber to the tune of $297K to aided and abetted the ACA sponsors lie to the US voting public in a bill before Congress?

12. Can RICO or any other justification be used in a class action lawsuit against MIT, the National Bureau of Economic Research, and that official or officials?

It is always inappropriate for a democrat to tell the truth

OBAMA’S ULTER UBRIS: “I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters. I know more about policy than my policy directors. I think I’m a better political director than my political director.”

“As an American I am not so shocked that Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize without any accomplishments to his name, because America gave him the White House based on the same credentials.” ~Newt Gingrich

Perfect Quote

Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a
way that you can quickly understand them. This quote
came from the Czech Republic. Someone over there has
it figured out. It was translated into English from an
article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon:

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a
citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the
Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the
follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the
necessary common sense and good judgment to a
depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their
president. The problem is much deeper and far more
serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what
ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not
blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made
him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack
Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely
to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made
him their president.”

If RICO were to be exercised to its fullest extent upon this Congress we would dang near have to start fresh. Problem is, we have lawmakers, prosecutors, judges, and defense all under the spell of $$.

13. Can RICO or any other justification be used in a class action lawsuit against UPenn?

(note: both MIT and UPenn are private universities although imaginably they both do receive some federal funding)

I don't understand the consternation. He was right.

The DemocRAT Party has intentionally been dumbing down the American people for decades through our government run school system for this very reason. To pass legislation that turns citizens into serfs.
