Also, from what I can see looking through them, Shannon County South Dakota wins with 60% on food stamps.

They’ve made it quite a lucrative business out here in eastern KY. Coal mine goes bust, get on disability & food stamps. Sell the stamps for $.50 on the dollar and make meth on the side! Raise the next generation of bastard children to do the same! Lather, rinse, repeat.
