Last May, I wrote an article titled “The 5 Latest Signs of Britain’s Imminent Demise.” These were, unfortunately, not anomalies. In Britain these days, galloping toward ruin is a more popular sport than soccer, and so an update is in order. Here are ten of the latest indications that Britons can look forward to a society that is both more authoritarian and more dangerous than any free nation can long endure.

LOL! Sorry Scotsman. There’s always more to the story and I should know that. I have a friend who, while being an American citizen I went to High School with in London, has continued to reside mostly across the pond since the early ‘60’s. Being a musician, he’s likely too focused on his music to take notice of other things occurring and probably wouldn’t be a good sounding board for what he sees going on in the UK. Like many places anywhere including lots of places in the US, you have to be aware of where NOT to venture.

The British had their own nuclear programme before the US, in 1940. Called Tube Alloys. The British also GAVE a neutral America ALL its nuclear secrets/plans/work free in 1940. And British scientists and German Jewish scientists given refuge in the UK worked on the Manhattan Project. Leslie Groves stated publicly that the atomic bomb would never have been built and dropped in 1945, without the British contribution.
You are talking to a history graduate with a masters degree and a far smarter man than you. Feel free to check what I have posted. Its all true.
