The Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs gathered at the National War Memorial on Sunday to pay their respects to fallen soldiers, including Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, who was shot and killed while guarding the memorial last month.
The teams came together late on Sunday morning ahead of their game at 6 p.m. ET at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa.

That is wonderful.
But two questions present themselves.
Do any of those present understand they are there because of islam, the Hell’s Angels “religion”?
And if they do, would they ever be able publicly to express themselves without fear of reprisal, from Leftists, from islam, or from government?

Read this information about the recently introduced
Zero Tolerance for Barbaric Cultural Practices Act (yes, that's the actual title) and you'll know that a lot of Canadians do understand that.

The Maple Leafs have a player named Nazem Kadri who is a Lebanese Muslim by descent. He and Nail Yakupov of the Edmonton Oilers are practicing Muslims, the only two that I know of in the NHL. Even if they wanted to I highly doubt the players, especially the Maple Leafs, or the NHL would call out the “religious persuasions” of the killer so as not to offend Mr. Kadri, but that’s just a guess.

To our Commonwealth friends — Australian, British, Canadian — sincerest Remembrance Day wishes to you all. Many have made the supreme sacrifice since “the war to end all wars” ended with an armistice on the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of November 1918.
