U.S. President Barack Obama defended his plan to use executive powers to implement some immigration reforms, saying in an interview broadcast on Sunday he had waited long enough for Congress to act.

Obama told congressional leaders on Friday he would try to ease some restrictions on undocumented immigrants, despite warnings from Republican leaders that such actions would "poison the well" or would be "a red flag in front of a bull".

"We don't have the capacity to deport 11 million people -- everybody agrees on that," he said.

Pass that crap executive order if a temporary solution is what the activists want. I don’t think a 2016 Democrat presidential candidate wants to run on the platform of extending such an unpopular action.

Don’t “poison the well” - as in “we can work with you on this if you don’t create ill will by cutting us out”

Boehner is trying to string the process out so that the clock runs out on this congress.

Remember there is a Senate bill that passed and has been sent to the house. ANY house bill on amnesty could be reconciled with that horrible Senate bill; the Senate bill goes away in the new congress.

Sub “will” for “capacity”.

Let’s reach out to black voters and get their opinion on 30 million brand new illegals to compete with for scarce jobs? What will that do to them as a voting block? They will be of lessor value than they already were.

The Democrat party has already tossed blacks overboard. That's why Precedent Obama is willing to provoke a constitutional crisis over 'legalizing' up to 35 million foreign interlopers by executive fiat.

Most blacks don't want to face the ugly fact that they're being systematically replaced by the party they've supported so monolithically since the 1960s.

But they are.

They feel it in their bones, as they look over the state of their communities since Barky was elected. Every measure of economic well-being has deteriorated in the black community over the last six years, despite their steadfast support of the Democrat party and Obama.

Now's the time for conservatives and Republicans to begin making serious inroads into that community. Not everyone there is a 'gimmedat' parasite, and many are reachable through facts, logic, and reason.

I would settle for RATS having to deal with the racial politics they promote. Force them to sell the idea to their most loyal base. I don’t think they can.

Yes, we do. This is the country that put a man on the moon, built the Hoover Dam, and won WWII. We CAN deport ALL of them. I can do it for $550 million (assuming 11 million Illegals).

$50 bounty paid in cash at any US Border crossing, no taxes or fees collected.

Every redneck with a dually and a goose neck will be burning up I35 southbound....

Operation Wetback, 1954. All kinds of illegal aliens were deported over several years.

We can’t catch all speeders either but we still have laws. Why doesn’t a real politician call him on these lies? EVERYONE does not agree.
