Interesting. Could be. But I also think the EU wants to enlarge itself and is more aggressive about it than they admit. It is deplorable to me that they can punish their competition (essentially) and no one thinks anything of it.
The growth of the EU is not a good thing, in my opinion. Too much power in too few hands is never good.
