With Sylvester Stewart’s band, Sly & the Family Stone, on its way down because Sly couldn’t be on time for anything, there were bands in the wings waiting to eat Sly’s lunch. This was one of them, although it would be Earth Wind & Fire that would take finally the crown. This song sounds like a sex manual.
