CNSNews.com) - Granting "executive amnesty" to millions of people who came to the U.S. illegally "needs to be stopped," Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) told Fox News's Megyn Kelly Thursday night.
"Congress simply has to bar the expenditure of any money to carry out such a scheme because it would be a very expensive scheme," Sessions said.
"How do you shut down funding for a deferred prosecution?" Kelly asked.
"Well, it's real easy," Sessions replied. He noted that in granting deferred deportation for hundreds of thousands of young "dreamers," the Obama administration "gave those individuals ID cards with the words 'work authorization' on it, and gave them the power to take a job, which is improper and contrary to what the laws of the United States are.

They can’t defund something that isn’t ordered. They have to wait until Obama acts.
Impeachment would hand Obama exactly what he wants, relevancy and a divided country.
Krauthammer explained it best and he is a psychiatrist. Obama is angry at everyone and is desperate to take back the center stage by precipitating
a crisis. The best thing that we can do is enact piecemeal legislation in the house that defunds everything that Obama does. Tie his hands.
They could also keep him busy by demanding meetings on foreign policy actions, demanding to be kept up to date. Just keep Obama busy doing things that he hates doing.
Krauthammer is an Obama voter who supported ObamaCARE,
and supported, and still supports, Romney and RomneyCARE.

McConnell has already announced he intends to not allow a “shutdown.” That precludes any defunding measures. Boehner seems to have been in lockstep with McConnell’s submissive attitudes and measures so I am a bit skeptical.
