I think the Clintons are among the losers in this election.

Both Clintons campaigned heavily for many candidates in many states. And none of their candidates won their elections.

Do the Clintons still have star power in the Democrat party? They were ineffective in these mid-terms. Bill couldn’t even help in his former home state of Arkansas to get Pryor re-elected. Perhaps the Clintons time has come and gone.

And that could have big implications for Hillary’s 2016 campaign.

Oh yes, the Clintons are adored by democrats. Just visit DU. But while Billy Jefferson (BJ) Clinton is a superb politician, Hillary is not. She could’nt beat a senator with 2 year back bencher from US Senate.

The critical thing is GOP needs to nominate a savvy politician. Someone like Senator-elect Cory Gardner with a sunny personality, good looks on TV, and not getting in trouble with loads of gotcha questions. Please No Santorum, Romney, Jeb, etc.
