Democrats go out and register everything that moves.
Republican registration takes place because Republicans are motivated to go out and vote as a civic duty. Conservative people seek out registration and then follow through.
Democrats, many times having the largest registration rolls, see a larger portion of their people take a pass on voting.

His “hearing” those that didn’t vote is sort of amazing. According to Pelosi, they were Democrats. So what does it mean when a Democrat doesn’t vote for a Democrat? If he was really listening, he’d resign as a failure.
