I see revenge as easy. We pass a balanced budget omnibus bill— One big bill funding the government and lowering revenues. (except we dont fund obama care and illegal amnesty) . It passes the House first and then the Senate.in JANUARY ( we don’t give a tinkers damn about fast track trade give away authority— now or ever!!).
We send the Bill funding of the government to the president and ask him this question. “Do you want to shut down the government with your “pen”.”
We win either way.
With a somewhat normal person who has some respect for the law and a fear of negative consequences, defunding might work to some extent.
But Obama has already shown he has no respect for the law or the constitution.
He relies on the media to protect him from negative fallout when he breaks the law and they never fail to deliver.
Many times he has already illegally spent unauthorized funds to do whatever he pleases without repercussions.
This would call Obama’s bluff and make people realize that what he is suggesting doing by executive action is clearly against the law. Bring Fast and furious back to the front to show why this is such an important issue. Not in boring demographic terms; but in the terms of you might get shot by gang members while on vacation in San Diego.

The ***ONLY*** thing the Congress can do to stop Obama is cut his funding.
He’s going to spend the next two years taking everything he wants via executive order.
He’s not going to look to Congress for anything.
So the only thing you can do is cut his funding.

Treat the nations borders as a national park and close them down by defunding enforcement of any amnesty.
I would issue a statement immediately, and an advertisement, that executive amnesty:
1. Does not confer citizenship
2. Does not confer green card
3. Does not pardon other crimes
4. Does not prevent deportation, since it only forgives the crime of illegal entry.
5. Therefore, it does not confer immigrant status of any variety....only cessation of any prosecution for illegal entry.
(1) Fund every penny that is funded now, except all DHS, ICE, HHS and USCIS activities that deal with amnesty, work permits, green cards for illegals AND unaccompanied minors. Then let Obama defend his amnesty or take the entire shutdown on himself.
(2) No votes on ANY nominees until Jan 20, 2017. No judges, No Attorney General, no subcabinet secretaries. NOTHING. And thanks to the SCOTUS ruling, Obama could not recess appoint ANYONE if the House declares the Congress is always in session.
Arrest, Impeach, Deport!
Defund. Period. Defund everything now to the greatest possible extent and hand him back only what keeps govt open.
Get on TV and the net 324/7 if needed and repeat the govt remains open as long as Barry signs the paper. When he refuses, it is on him. And drive it home.

Send the House Sergeant at Arms to Hawaii to read those birth books, send him to Occidental and Columbia to get those transcripts, and get to the bottom of his fraud with regard to his Social Security number, and find out who this creep really is.

Pass a law enforcing current law and requiring deportation and locals to turn criminals over.

The 8 million illegal aliens Obama wants to grant Amnesty to equals the combined population of New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, Alaska, North Dakota, DC, Vermont, Wyoming, and the US Territories of Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
First, we should ALWAYS refer to it as “Obama’s illegal executive amnesty,” and hammer away at the theme that immigration law is for the Congress to decide, not the POTUS.
Second, we should always say and write that any green cards etc granted by Obama’s illegal executive amnesty will be null and void, invalid, bogus etc. We should tell illegal aliens and their supporters that any invalid, illegal green cards will eventually be used to track them down and deport them.
