Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) blasted President Barack Obama Tuesday night in the wake of a devastating Democratic defeat in the midterm elections. "It doesn´t make sense that we have to fight so hard against our own government and our own administration and our President to try to find a balance," said Manchin on MSNBC. Manchin said West Virginians have "the perception of the government attacking them, which basically is what´s happening." Manchin added, "The people are speaking loud and clear. They don´t like what they´re seeing. I don´t like what I´ve been involved with the last four years and I´ve

Hey, Joe,
You fell on your sword for Obama on gun control. Reid, Pelosi and the whole party decided to stick with the president. Once you play the race card as a defensive measure, it sticks to you, like tar baby.

It looks like Joe is up for reelection in 2016.
He’s scared.
Look at his website, he is a libtard.

Raping the people was fun for the first 3 and a half years but then they started fighting back and its no fun anymore.

Manchin is real good at talking conservative. He’s a lot less good at putting his vote where his mouth is.

Fagbammy wants to destroy the USA, and a lot of citizens object to that plan. What's to balance?

Did Manchin not see the videos from 2008 Obama putting down “clinging to their Bibles and guns” or the about shutting down the coal industry? Obama’s condescending attitude towards the residents of Appalachia is not a secret and his policies was not a surprise. The people of Appalachia finally figured out Democratic politicians are liars when they claim they will be “independent” and will not be treated like rubes.

As far as I am concerned, Manchin is the biggest phony in DC.

Manchin said West Virginians have "the perception of the government attacking them, which basically is what´s happening." More to the point - government is attacking the white middle class because it knows politicians are terrified of the sound bites that would come out of trying to defend them.

I’m thinking he realizes he doesn’t have to be afraid of Obama anymore. I still don’t trust him. Anyone who changes parties after their party gets it’s butt kicked is a fraud. Do it like Phil Gramm. Resign then run under the new banner.
