He [Cruz] said they should first put in for a “complete and total repeal” of Obamacare. Because Obama will likely veto that, he said they would then need to try to take out the most “onerous” portions of Obamacare so no one will lose their healthcare or doctor due to Obamacare.
Real immigration reform means enforcing our existing laws, securing the border, and reducing legal immigration, The system is not broken.

He’s coming across with some veiled threats that indicate he’s even more obtuse than I thought. “Lawfully” passing things regarding to immigration is going to cost this guy massively.
