Democratic New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen was principally involved in a plot with Lois Lerner and President Barack Obamas political appointee at the IRS to lead a program of harassment against conservative nonprofit groups during the 2012 election, according to letters exclusively obtained by The Daily Caller.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) did not want to publicly release 2012 correspondences exchanged between the IRS and Jeanne Shaheen at her personal Washington office: the agency delayed releasing the information to a major conservative super PAC multiple times, even threatening to see the super PAC in court, according to emails. DUMMYCRATS COLLUDE W/ IRS---order IRS to act to save their seats
by Alexander Bolton / The Hill, 2/13/14
Senate Democrats facing tough elections this year want the IRS to play a more aggressive role in regulating outside groups expected to spend millions of dollars on their races. In the wake of the IRS targeting scandal, the Democrats are publicly prodding the agency instead of lobbying them directly.
Dems are also careful to say the IRS should treat conservative and liberal groups equally, but theyre concerned about an impending tidal wave of attack ads funded by GOP-allied organizations. Much of the funding for those groups is secret, in contrast to the donations lawmakers collect, which must be reported publicly.
One of the most powerful groups is Americans for Prosperity, funded by the billionaire industrialists Charles and David Koch. It has already spent close to $30 million on ads attacking Democrats this election cycle.
<><> If theyre claiming the tax relief, the tax benefit to be a nonprofit for social relief or social justice, then thats what they should be doing, said Sen. Mark Begich (D), who faces a competitive race in Alaska. If its to give them cover so they can do political activity, thats abusing the tax code. And either side."
<><><><>Asked if the IRS should play a more active role policing political advocacy by groups that claim to be focused on social welfare, Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) responded, Absolutely. Both on the left and the right, she said. As taxpayers, we should not be providing a write-off to groups to do political activity, and thats exactly what were doing.
Shaheen called the glut of political spending by self-described social welfare groups that qualify under section 501(c) (4) of the tax code outrageous. Shaheen is in a good position now but could find herself embroiled in a tight campaign if former Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass) challenges her.
<><><><> Sen. Mark Pryor (Ark.), the most vulnerable Democratic incumbent, said the IRS has jurisdiction over 501(c)(4) groups, as well as charities, which fall under section 5/01(c)(3) of the tax code and sometimes engage in quasi-political activity.
That whole 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) [issue], those are IRS numbers. It is inherently an internal revenue matter, he said. There are two things you dont want in political money, in the fundraising world and expenditure world. You dont want secret money, and you dont want unlimited money, and thats what we have now. --SNIP--
Too late. He comes on the air at 3:00. Most of New Hampshire has voted by then.
Firing squads would be too good for these people.
“REFERENCE-—One of the Articles of Impeachment drawn up against Richard Nixon was merely “threatening” to use the Internal Revenue Service to selectively audit political opponents.”
Right on, Liz! Maybe the D.isease Party wants her to be on the Oversight Committee? Ha! Just like Gorelick was a 9-11 investigator. They are creeps!
He was elected to vote against Obamacare. He never got a chance. It was because of him that it passed “as is” without any need for sixty votes.
While I am no fan of Brown, it was not on him.
The wealth they accumulate being a “public (gag) servant” is enormous-—they will do almost anything to hang onto their seats.

Who takes your money before they prove that youve done anything wrong with it? The federal government does. The topic of civil asset forfeiture has been high on our agenda recently as federal ‘agents’ discover how to steal Americans’ hard-earned cash with zero repurcussions, and decide unilaterally how much cash a ‘common man’ is allowed to carry; but as The NY Times reports, the escalation to The IRS brings a whole new world of possibilities with regard asset confiscation ... Police: Man Arrested For Kicking Heinz Field Barriers, Trying To Bribe Officers

CBS Pittsburgh (KDKA)
A man was arrested after injuring a woman by kicking a steel barrier at Heinz Field Sunday evening. According to police, 29-year-old Stephen Sapp was intoxicated at the time of the incident. While at the hospital, Sapp allegedly tried to bribe officers to let him go. According to the criminal complaint, Sapp stated, Listen, I know how this works. How much money will it take to make this go away and to let me go home today? The officers informed Sapp that he could not attempt to bribe them, but Sapp continued. Look, I am an IRS agent... [snip]

Now we got the same truck driving liberal Brown who votes with the Dimorats most of the time anyway.
I seriously doubt that you can demonstrate either of these claims. But feel free to try.
No, Brown didn't help pass Obamacare. He ran for Ted Kennedy's vacated seat in 2010 on a platform to get rid of Obamacare. That was about the only conservative thing he ever said. He lost re-election to Fauxcahontas, thus proving beyond a shadow of a doubt how stupid MA voters are.
6 Democrat senators were in on this: (call out the others too)
Senators Charles E. Schumer, Michael Bennet, Sheldon Whitehouse, Jeff Merkley, Tom Udall, Jeanne Shaheen and Al Franken
Follow the links and the names above are found on a press release by Schumer.

MEMO TO NH VOTERS:
<><> Lock-stepping Shaheen---saluting smartly---cast the deciding vote for Obamacare and parroted Obama's keep your plan pledge.
<><> Shaheen voted with Obama 99% of the time---and the prez never even dropped by to campaign for her (snix).
<><> Shaheen voted to subsidize O/Care by decimating Medicare Advantage for seniors.
<><> Shaheen and Obama calculatedly kept the gruesome details to itself while egging on loyal lock-stepping Democrats to vote for O/Care.
<><> Shaheen and the WH lied to Americans in a way so specific, it showed they knew exactly what to spin and how......via the infamous "If you like your health-care plan, you can keep your health-care plan, period."
<><> After she voted for Obamavacre, Shaheen carried on for the next three years making believe she'd actually read the ACA bill and pretending she understood its implications.
<><> Shaheen even feigned "surprised" at townhalls---by grassroots complaints about O/Care.
That's nice.
REALITY CHECK---Democrats are choking on the progressive B/S der leader's been spreading around.
The Dumbos never recovered from the Obamacare blunder. Lock-stepping Dems are still smarting from marching smartly---heels clicking-- behind der leader on Obamacare---which turned out to be a blunder of Ceausescuian proportions.
Notice-there does not seem to be a whole lot of Dummies supporting the invasion at the border---other than loony Pelosi and the Texas lollipop licker.
That's b/c Dummycrats cannot afford another lock-stepping issue.
This is a racist investigation... Oh, wait,mI thought IRS taxation without representation was...
Brown did not vote for Ocare... How did he “help” it pass?
Actually, he ran against O-care, which helped push him to victory. He said he would NOT vote for it.
Bttt.

Not this time. Do not stop e-mailing your new republican senators until they refuse to work with these criminals, investigate, and every one involved in any scandal are thrown in prison. All the way to the top.
Wonder what will become of Ebola man once he’s out. Bet it doesn’t last long.
Lois Lerner and Jeanne Shaheen should be cellmates.
But, Jeff Kuhner came on at 6 AM and he’s all over this.
And yet I’ve not heard Franken’s opponent mention this once.
