He would of course, caucus with his fellow Democrats, giving the RATs functional control, 51-50, with the VP's vote.

A bigger worry is: What if it’s 54 R and 46 D, and the majority spends the next two years “getting along” or “reaching across the aisle”? I have seen no reason to believe they won’t.
