That was the premise of that movie back in Al Gore’s heyday, with the images of the ice in NYC. Something to do with the melting of the ice caps disrupting the Gulf Stream and causing NYC to freeze over. All very scientific don’t you know.
Yea, I remember that movie. It was called “The Day After Tomorrow” or some such twaddle. Never watched it even when it came on cable for free.
