A bribe likely happened. However it that’s what it takes then so be it. A real President would have sent in special forces long ago, and not been afraid to tell the truth about it.

Quite likely. My BIL is a Turkish born American citizen. He has a successful business here, and another in Turkey. He says that bribery is the way of business in much of the world!
With a different POTUS, this would have never happened.
The judge was just doing the job the resident was unwilling to do.
